ചരിത്ര നായകന്റെ വേഷത്തിൽ അഭിനയക്കാനിരുന്ന "കരികാലൻ"ന്റെ ചിത്രീകരണം പാതിവഴിയിൽ മുടങ്ങിപ്പോയത് വിക്രമിന്റെ ആരാധകരെ കുറച്ചല്ല നിരാശപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. എന്നാൽ താരം ഇന്ത്യൻ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു വലിയ പോരാളിയുടെ വേഷത്തിൽ എത്തുമെന്നാണ് പുതിയ വാർത്ത‍. മറാത്ത സംവിധായകനായ ഓം റൗട്ടിന്റെ പുതിയ ചിത്രത്തിലാണ് മറാത്ത വീരനായകനായ ഛത്രപതി ശിവജിയുടെ റോളിൽ വിക്രം എത്തുന്നത്. സിനിമയുടെ കഥ കേട്ട് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട 'ചിയാൻ' സിനിമ ചെയ്യാൻ ആഗ്രഹം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചതായി അറിയുന്നു.
സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യ സമര പോരാളിയായ ബാല ഗംഗധാര തിലകന്റെ ജീവിതം ആസ്പദമാക്കി ഓം റൗട്ട് മുന്നേ ഒരു സിനിമ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. 'ദി സ്പിരിറ്റ്‌ ഓഫ് ചെന്നൈ' എന്ന മ്യൂസിക്‌ അൽബത്തിന്റെ തിരക്കിലുള്ള വിക്രം 'അരിമ നമ്പി' ഫെയിം ആനന്ദ് ശങ്കറിന്റെ 'മാരീചൻ' എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ അഭിനയിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. 2017 തുടക്കതോടെയാകും വിക്രം ഛത്രപതിയാകുന്നത്

ബഡ്ജറ്റില്‍ ബാഹുബലിയെ വെട്ടി യന്തിരന്‍ 2 endhiran2 budget is 450 crores

എല്ലാ രീതിയിലും ബാഹുബലി എന്ന ബ്രഹ്മാണ്ഡചിത്രത്തെ വെല്ലാനാണ് യന്തിരന്‍ 2വിലൂടെ ശങ്കറിന്റെ തീരുമാനം. ചിത്രത്തില്‍ വില്ലനായി അഭിനയിക്കാന്‍ 100 കോടി മുടക്കി സാക്ഷാല്‍ അര്‍ണോള്‍ഡിനെ ഇറക്കിയപ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ വ്യക്തമായി.

പുതിയ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകള്‍ അനുസരിച്ച് 450 കോടിയാണ് യന്തിരന്‍ 2വിന്റെ ബഡ്ജറ്റ്. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ബിഗ് ബഡ്ജറ്റ് ചിത്രം. ബാഹുബലിയുടെ രണ്ടു ഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ മുടക്ക് 250 കോടിയാണെന്നാണ് അണിയറപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ ഇതുവരെ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതും.

ഇളയദളപതിയുടെ കത്തി ഒരുക്കിയ ലൈക പ്രൊഡക്ഷന്‍സ് ആണ് ഈ ബ്രഹ്മാണ്ഡചിത്രം നിര്‍മിക്കുന്നത്. ആമി ജാക്സണ്‍ ചിത്രത്തില്‍ രജനിയ്ക്ക് നായികയായി എത്തും. 17 അസോഷ്യേറ്റ് ഡയറക്ടേര്‍സ് ആണ് ചിത്രത്തില്‍ ശങ്കറിന് വേണ്ടി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. ഡിസംബറില്‍ ചിത്രീകരണം തുടങ്ങാനാണ് പദ്ധതി.

"ഏന്തിരൻ 2 "വിൽ ആർനൊൽഡിന് 100 കോടി Arnold demands 100 crore for Endhiran 2

The buzz in K-town is that Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger is being considered to play the villain in Shankar's Endhiran 2, which will have Superstar Rajinikanth playing the lead. Nothing is confirmed yet, and the makers are even now hunting for some big names from the industry to be part of the project.
The latest is that, director Shankar has spoken to Arnold and the star actor is reported to have demanded a whopping sum of rupees 100 crores as remuneration for the film. Will Shankar rope in the Hollywood star is a big question. The actor is yet to sign the dotted line and an official confirmation on his role in the film is still awaited.
