Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who’s currently the UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador stressed on the importance of sex education and it’s usefulness in our day to day life. Aishwarya pointed out the importance of making sex education compulsory in schools.
Speaking at an event organised to mark World AIDS Day, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan said on Tuesday ( December 1), ” Sex education is very important. We have all had it. It is important to have sex education inschools. In urban culture a lot of schools have it. I would love to find out if it is happening across the board all over the nation.”
Aishwarya was really happy to be a part UNAIDS Goodwill as it allowed her to reach out to the women across the world. The former Miss World also dwelled on the need for open communication lines as the key to bring in the much required change.
